Refund policy

Every CHAUREL arrangement is composed by hand to order and personalized for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Our promise

If your arrangement arrives damaged or not as ordered, please message us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs. We will remake and resend it at no cost, or refund you in full — the choice is yours.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, or until production begins, whichever comes first.

Delivery delays

If a delay is caused by us, any Express delivery charge will be refunded.
